Dadless- A Memoir

#dadlessbook

Where the best place to begin? Right at the start of course.

For better or worse I followed that advice with my first publication. It’s not an autobiography, but a memoir comprised of a medley of stories in a roughly chronological order.

Reflection finds my life quite compartmentalised, as seen in the sixteen chapters, which are diverse in their themes from the Martial Arts, playing in bands, working in the construction industry and human relationships, to name just a few.

Writing dadless was a therapeutic process but it’s a timely publication in the face of political developments, where certain creeds and outlooks we thought long-gone have enjoyed resurgence.

At the very least it’s just one story that needed to be told, and hopefully enjoyed. Time will tell regarding any greater significance.

I’ll be blogging about some elements as I go, so do sign-up and come along👇🏽⌨️
